Things to remember about Kit

(Borrowed from
camwyn's many pups.)
1. She has no "super" abilities, magical or otherwise. Anything she does that appears to be a superpower actually comes from her crime-fighting equipment. However, she generally doesn't tell people this, as it's handy to have bad guys think she's more than merely human.
2. She has no sympathy for criminals. None. Zip. Zilch. Nada. As far as she's concerned, if you break the law, you deserve every bit of pain she's about to inflict upon your person--and she'll enjoy every second of it, too.
3. She is vicious. The Red Panda relies on his hypnotic powers to inspire fear in the criminal underground; the Flying Squirrel relies on her ability to beat the living shit out of anyone who crosses her. Expect to see her in the cells quite often.
4. That said, she also has her own brand of psychological manipulation--she likes to find people's hot buttons and push them as hard and as often as she can. She doesn't necessarily do it to be mean, she just enjoys being able to get a rise out of people.
5. Her relationship with the Red Panda is... complicated. They both have strong feelings for each other, which they're finally starting to acknowledge in canon (Kit moreso than the Red Panda, as she's discovering she has to beat him over the head with a clue-bat to make him realize how she feels). However, as her trainer and mentor, the Red Panda sometimes seems almost paternal toward Kit. And at still other times, they bicker like an old married couple who have known each other for decades. It's hard to say exactly where their relationship will end up.
